How often is the site updated?
There is one main update per week, plus approx 1 bonus update per month. Members can view my calendar for scheduled updates, chat dates and more.
What devices do the videos work on?
You can view the videos on all Computers, Mac, iPad, iPod, Android and smart phones. Although there is currently an issue with Apple’s new IOS8 upgrade (iPad and iPhone), you can still view Rubber Passion videos by downloading a new browser called ‘Mercury‘, which is completely free and will allow you to view the videos both on iPad and iPhone.
How do I join the chat room?
When the chat room is open (please check my events calendar for dates and times), you will see a button appear at the top right of the Member’s page, ‘Chat to Lucy’. Just click on the button and you’re in!
I emailed Lucy but got no reply..
I get a lot of messages on a daily basis and often find it difficult to keep up with them. So please be patient, you may still get a reply as I do try my best to get back to as many as possible. I do read all of your messages 🙂 As a quick tip… please do not send over-long messages as I don’t have the time to respond to those. However one- liners are not too desirable either!
How do I arrange a webcam session with Lucy?
That’s simple! Just contact me directly and ask about availability. You can let me know which outfit you’d like me to wear for you, and maybe suggest a scenario that excites you! Or perhaps you’d just like to be surprised? 🙂 Once you have organised this, then you can make payment to book the session via the join page. All webcam sessions are 1 hour in length and taken place via Skype.
Why can’t I view the videos on my Mac or iPad?
You can! You can always view the streamed video and if you download the mp4 rather than the wmv download this will work also. However, there is a problem with the current IOS8 but videaos can still be viewed by downloading a new browser called ‘Mercury‘, which is completely free and will allow you to view the videos both on iPad and iPhone! This will also work for Android devices.
Why is it that whenever I try to log in, I get redirected to the Home page?
This is because you have been blocked for security reasons. A user is automatically blocked if using multiple IP addresses to access the site. This is to prevent password sharing. If you have this problem please firstname.lastname@example.org and we can will investigate.
I have just joined the site but my user details do not work. What should I do?
This is quite rare, but can happen from time to time. There is sometimes a short delay in an account becoming active. If you have any problems please contact Verotel Support as they should be able to help you.
How do I cancel my membership?
Please use the link provided in your confirmation email that you will have received along with your log in details. If you have lost this then please visit: https://www.vtsup.com/en/cancel. Lucy is unable to make any refunds as Verotel have control of this. Please contact them if you have a billing problem.
